born and raised in Manila, Philippines; A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2008, a Certified Securities Specialist in 2009, and a Fine Arts Major in Painting undergraduate from the University of the Philippines. An entrepreneur, designer and a painter, Francis moved to Siem Reap to practice his skills and knowledge in business and as well as in the arts.
